1. The enclosed quotation is valid for 30 days.
2. If installation is required a suitable template according to our specifications must be provided by your joiner and will be checked and collected from site by our company. Substrates are not acceptable. The template must be the full finished size of stone required and it is to be preferably 3 or 4 mm custom wood, masonite or plywood.
3. If existing kitchen, the old tops are to be removed and the 18mm supporting substrates is to be in place before templates can be checked. Templates made while existing benchtops is in position will not be accepted.
4. As most appliance cutouts are left on site. Pure Design Projects and Granite holds no responsibility for them thereafter.
5. By accepting our quotation you acknowledge that the stone is a natural product and understand that is it subject to variation in colour, tone, shade, veining, markings etc, and shall not make any claims in respect therefore.
6. All appliances and fittings e.g. hotplate, sinks, basing must be on site on the day of installation. In the event that these appliances are not on site a return trip is required to make adjustments to fit any of these appliances the minimum charge will be $150.00.
7. If supply only, any cut – outs will only be partially cut at our factory and will need to be completed by the party executing the installation.
8. During normal kitchen installation there is a certain amount of unavoidable dust generated. Please be aware and prepared for this component of the installation procedure. Do not ask for cutouts e.g., sink & hotplate, to be done outside, as this is a physical impossibility.
9. Production time will vary in accordance to our workload.
10. Title of the products remain the property of Pure Design Projects until full payment is received. |
